I am an RN that has practiced at the bedside for over 30 years. I have chronic back pain. Even though I am a medical professional, I could never figure out what was happening to my back. I have seen chiropractors, massage therapists, physical therapists, pain doctors, you name it. Short-term fixes were all that I had been able to achieve. Earlier in the year, I decided to give PT at Kaiser one more try. It made my pain worse. I was so desperate to get some help. Enter Google and the topic of orthopedic massage. I figured, why not? A couple of months later, after working with Don, I am learning the “why” of my problem and how to correct it. Finally, I feel like I am getting somewhere!
