At Healing Journey Orthopedic Massage, I provide clients with experienced orthopedic massage in Portland, Oregon. With over 21 years of experience as a licensed massage therapist and certified personal trainer, my mission has been to provide quality care in a safe environment—earning a reputation as one of the best orthopedic massage therapists in the area.
I begin each session with a holistic, full-body assessment before starting treatment. My approach is rooted in precise treatment of pain and dysfunction, working with patients until their bodies return to a balanced state. Without proper treatment, kinetic chain patterns can place torque on symptomatic areas, preventing them from healing on their own. To support ongoing recovery, I also include self-care exercises that empower clients to continue their healing process at home between sessions.
